This is not just about Jonathan Rhys-Meyers setting my loins ablaze since Match Point. The Tudors explores the seamiest and most explosive time in the history of the British Empire and exposes to most just how horny people in history always have been. (If it wasn't for Historical boners, none of us would be here. show some respect.) I know it's a tough sell, but if you're not watching this, you're missing out on what the NYT called the best series since the Sopranos. Here's what it's got:
